Note:

Accommodation will be provided to those who do not reside in Hyderabad on production of ID Card.
Rent will be paid in advance in cash. Cheques will not be accepted.
Maximum period of stay is 7 days beyond which 50% additional rent will be charged.
Guest rooms will be allotted on first come first serve basis.

Note: Employees of Department of Sainik Welfare from Districts who visit this Directorate on official duty shall pay nominal rent @50% of the cost prescribed.
